Apostolic Christian Skylines is a non-profit 501(c)(3) charitable organization. Our mission is to serve our residents with the very best care with a spirit of love and compassion, in a clean, safe home environment. Here are some tangible ways your tax-deductible donation can make a difference in the lives of our residents.

Ways to Give to Skylines

Here is a list of some of the opportunities on how you can give to Apostolic Christian Skylines.

Charity Fund

Apostolic Christian Skylines is Medicaid certified, but reimbursement from the Medicaid program is well below our expenses, which depletes resources from normal operations. Our Charity Fund helps offset some of these expenses. Donations can be made payable to the Apostolic Christian Home Foundation and note “Charity Fund” on your check. All contributions can be mailed to Apostolic Christian Skylines, 7023 NE Skylines Drive, Peoria, IL 61614 or dropped off at the front desk.

Endowment Fund

Help preserve the future of Skylines. This fund was established to aid Skylines residents who are in need of financial assistance in order to live on our campus. Contributions can be in various forms including cash, marketable securities, life insurance proceeds, personal property, real estate, personal homes and farms. Earnings are used solely for the care of the residents whose assets are insufficient to meet their financial obligations. Donations can be made to the Apostolic Christian Home Foundation and note “Endowment Fund” on the memo of your check.

Building & General Fund

Our goal is to keep a well-maintained building. Regular updates are needed to fulfill our mission. Our Building and General Fund is used for specific capital improvements. Donations can be made payable to Apostolic Christian Skylines and note “Building and General” on the memo of your check. All contributions can be mailed to Apostolic Christian Skylines, 7023 NE Skylines Drive, Peoria, IL 61614 or dropped off at the front desk.

Scholarship Fund

Help provide educational assistance for our staff. One of our values at Skylines is a concern for the physical, spiritual, emotional, and professional growth and well-being of our employees.

We offer an Employee Scholarship program to provide some assistance to staff desiring to better themselves through education in the healthcare field, typically a nurse or a certified nurse assistant.
